The Inter­na­tion­al Bioeconomy Con­fer­ence is already tak­ing place for the 10^th time!

At the European Sum­mit of the bioeconomy 2022, top research­ers and industry will meet and jointly tap the entre­pren­eur­i­al poten­tial of the bioeconomy with a view to the Par­is cli­mate tar­gets.

The bioeconomy offers three cent­ral approaches to pave the way for the neces­sary trans­form­a­tion to a sus­tain­ably suc­cess­ful and vital eco­nomy: Resources — Pro­cesses — Products. The European exchange on mar­ket-ready, energy-effi­cient pro­cesses and products is the focus of the con­fer­ence.

At the Leo­pold­ina, the nation­al academy of sci­ences, entre­pren­eurs, investors and founders will dis­cuss with sci­ent­ists from many coun­tries and show how the future field of bioeconomy effect­ively enables the upcom­ing trans­form­a­tion pro­cesses, a struc­tur­al change with job pro­spects, and thereby sig­ni­fic­antly sup­ports the com­mit­ment to pre­serve good live­li­hoods on our planet.
