evoxx tech­no­lo­gies is proud to announce that it will become part of the glob­al enzyme man­u­fac­tur­ing com­pany Advanced Enzyme Tech­no­lo­gies Lim­ited. evoxx and its team of 35+ sci­ent­ists & tech­ni­cians across the two sites in Ger­many, Mon­heim am Rhein and Pots­dam, will be the Research & Devel­op­ment cen­ters and sales points of Advanced Enzymes in Europe. V.L. Rathi, Chair­man, Advanced Enzymes, said, ​“evoxx has a great stra­tegic fit for us. With evoxx we sig­ni­fic­antly expand our R&D cap­ab­il­it­ies and also strengthen our European pres­ence.” The acquis­i­tion will give Advanced Enzymes a stronger foothold in Ger­many and in Europe and will also help strengthen its Research & Devel­op­ment cap­ab­il­it­ies.
