2bind has a strong expert­ise in bio­phys­ic­al meas­ure­ment meth­ods and works on top­ics related to the ana­lys­is of

  • pro­tein sta­bil­ity (chem­ic­al, con­form­a­tion­al and col­loid­al) as well as
  • Inter­ac­tion of molecules (affin­ity, kin­et­ics, stoi­chiometry, thermodynamics).

2bind can optim­ize the sta­bil­ity of nov­el pro­teins (buf­fer optim­iz­a­tion, long-term stor­age, stress test­ing), as well as optimize/​monitor pro­tein prop­er­ties such as bind­ing to a lig­and. 2bind has sev­er­al assay formats that also run in cell lys­ates, sera and oth­er bio­lo­gic­al flu­ids and are there­fore closer to reality.
