Adri­at­ic Bridge Part­ners is a con­sult­ing com­pany based in Montenegro. Set up by Japan­ese cap­it­al ABP is spe­cial­ized in pro­ject man­age­ment and busi­ness con­sult­ing. As a small team of ded­ic­ated pro­fes­sion­als from Montenegro and Japan. ABP deliv­ers valu­able ser­vices to all of its cli­ents around the Globe. Our cap­ab­il­it­ies include pro­ject-based devel­op­ment with com­pan­ies, organ­iz­a­tions, and the pub­lic sec­tor. Devel­op­ing part­ner­ships with many region­al and inter­na­tion­al com­pan­ies, ABP is espe­cially con­nec­ted with inter­na­tion­al organ­iz­a­tions from Japan.

Expert­ise: ABP provides ser­vices to pub­lic and private films, non-profit cli­ents and also cer­tain gov­ern­ment­al bod­ies. Oper­at­ing in agri­cul­ture, energy, envir­on­ment­al pro­tec­tion, fin­an­cial ser­vices and trans­port­a­tion, ABP cre­ates strong expert­ise rel­ev­ant to the loc­al and region­al mar­kets as well. Our main group of ser­vices includes invest­ment man­age­ment, busi­ness devel­op­ment, pro­mo­tion and rep­res­ent­a­tion, pro­cess organ­iz­a­tion and mar­ket research.

Suc­cess: Since its estab­lish­ment, ABP par­ti­cip­ated in sig­ni­fic­ant pro­jects import­ant not only for the com­pany but for the wider com­munity. As a cross-region-ori­ented com­pany our net­work includes numer­ous affil­i­ated asso­ci­ations and part­ners from the West­ern Balkans region and wider.

Our role as part­ner: Pre­parar­tion of all kinds of pro­ject activ­it­ies for Montenegro; con­trib­ut­ing to the cre­ation of ideas; involving key stake­hold­ers in pro­ject imple­ment­a­tion, imple­ment­a­tion of dif­fer­ent types of research, research and respons­ible innov­a­tion prin­ciples (RRI). We are espe­cially inter­ested in dif­fer­ent types of research devel­op­ment, work with youth, and sci­ence pro­mo­tion pro­jects (NAnos­cience, Bios­cience, Com­puter science).
