ICECH­IM

ICECH­IM was foun­ded in 1951 and became in 2004 the Nation­al Insti­tute for Research and Devel­op­ment in Chem­istry and Pet­ro­chem­istry, now being one of the most import­ant R&D insti­tutes in Romania.Over 70 years of applied and fun­da­ment­al research, focused mainly on applied and tech­no­lo­gic­al research. About 120 research­ers and 40 admin­is­trat­ive staff, and over 150 nation­al R&D pro­jects as coordin­at­or or part­ner, inter­na­tion­al pro­jects (Hori­zon 2020, ERA​.NET pro­jects: ERA-IB, Manun­et, M‑ERA.NET, ERA_RUS, etc., Eureka). Com­mu­nic­a­tions at high-level inter­na­tion­al sci­entif­ic events, pub­lished books/​chapters in books, nation­al and inter­na­tion­al sci­entif­ic art­icles, pat­ents, and inter­na­tion­al prizes and medals.
