CHO-KI

Inten­tion:
Pro­cess para­met­ers sig­ni­fic­antly influ­ence the product qual­ity and thera­peut­ic effect­ive­ness dur­ing the pro­duc­tion of bio­phar­ma­ceut­ic­als, e.g., anti­bod­ies. In order to provide an effi­cient pro­duc­tion even when under­tak­ing post-trans­la­tion­al agent modi­fic­a­tion, pro­cess con­trol con­cepts are neces­sary which mon­it­or, shelve and adjust the most import­ant pro­cess para­met­ers. The ​“CHO-KI” cooper­a­tion project’s goal is to devel­op a new, flex­ible and robust tech­no­logy to reg­u­late bio­tech­no­lo­gic­al pro­duc­tion pro­cesses in indus­tri­al set­tings online.
