Network MoDiPro
Intention:
The network “Models for Diagnostics and Process Optimization” – in short called “MoDiPro” – introduces pioneering concepts from industry 4.0 into the field of biotechnology. On the one hand, biotechnological production processes should be designed efficiently, resource-conserving and cost-effectively. On the other hand, optimal patient treatments should be enabled through the link of industry and modern information and communication equipment as well as through digitization and automation. The focus is to develop predictive computer models. The intended products comprise intelligent control modules for automated production processes or prediction tools, helping users from research, development and production as well as in clinics to make valid forecasts and to act preventively.
