PHB-Adhes­ives

Inten­tion:
In fur­niture, books, elec­tric equip­ment or cars – adhes­ives play an import­ant role in our daily lives. The part­ners of the pro­ject ​“PHB-Adhes­ives” fol­low a new approach to pro­duce deman­ded every­day products sus­tain­ably. They aim to man­u­fac­ture hot-melt and liquid adhes­ives through micro­bi­o­lo­gic­al pro­cesses based on bio­gen­ic resid­ual mater­i­als. The new products are biobased and should be bio­de­grad­able and sub­ject to mul­ti­fa­ceted applications.
